Civil 3D IMAGINiT Utilities 2018 Legacy Commands Do Not Function

Issue:

Civil 3D IMAGINiT Utilities 2018 Legacy Commands do not function. When attempting to use the legacy commands an "error unknown" command comes up in the command line.


Causes:
This is a known issue and an update is required to get this functionality back


Solution:
- Launch Civil 3D 2018
- Go to the "IMAGINiT" tab in the Ribbon
- Select the "About" button
- Once the About Dialog Box opens select "Check for Updates"

Let the utility update the Utility after the update the legacy commands should work as intended.
