Searching product updates yields few or no results

Issue:  When searching for updates in the Autodesk Account (manage.autodesk.com), users report that there are few, if any results.

For example, as shown in the image below, searching for updates for "Revit 2021" produces only one result.

Cause:  By default, the results of the search are based on a release date of "Past 3 months".

Solution:  Change the release date filter to more than 3 months or set to "All", and a search will yield all applicable updates (see below).
