When attempting to add a member to a BIM 360 Glue Project, the administrator receives an error that reads: "Invitation could not be sent. You have reached the maximum number of users for this host."
The member's email address is correct and they are not in an inactive status.
The Project Admin verified with the member that they have a Bring Your Own Subscription (BYOS) license (BIM Collaborate or BIM Collaborate Pro),
So what's the problem?
The likely cause is that the host does not an available license for this member.
But why would they need a license if the member already has a BYOS license?
Simply put: BIM 360 Glue does not support the BYOS functionality, and therefore the host needs to have enough licenses to cover the number of users that they add to BIM 360 Glue projects.
