BIM 360 - Unable to download folders from Plans folder

Issue:  When selecting folders from under Project Files, you have the option to "Download Source Files", which will download the folder and any subfolders into a ZIP file.  When attempting to do the same from the Plans folder, you don't have this option.

Project Files - Can Download Folder(s)

 

Plans - Cannot Download Folder(s)

 

Cause:  This behavior is working as designed.  Only the Project Files folders can be downloaded as a ZIP file.

Solution/Workaround:  If you want to download multiple files from the Plans folder in BIM 360, you must open the folder, and select the files, before having the option to Download Source Files, as shown below.
