AutoCAD Based 2023 Products Not Opening Drawing1 by Default

Issue:
Starting with the 2023 Products, you notice that when you open the software it does not automatically start a blank drawing named Drawing1

Causes:
This is by design and was a change in the 2023 product line as a default behavior

Solution:
This change is a new behavior, but you can restore the old behavior by doing the following:

Type in STARTUP into the command line and change the default of 3 to 0 (so it automatically starts AutoCAD with the Drawing1, using the defined template from Options, if you have set that to a specific DWT).
