Issue:
If Civil Objects display in Model Space but not a Paper Space Viewport. It may display fine in an earlier version of Civil 3D but do not display in newer version.
Causes:
System Variable change between versions.
Solution:
1 – Click within Viewport not displaying Civil Object
2 – Type AECCVIEWPORTOPT into command line and turn OFF
