Civil 3D: When Storm and Sanitary Analysis opens from within Civil 3D the file is blank

Issue:

Civil 3D: When Storm and Sanitary Analysis opens from within Civil 3D the file is blank.

Possible for SSA to also freeze.

Causes:

  • Missing Object Enabler.
  • Corrupt DWG
  • Bad C3D or SSA Installation.

Solution:

 

  • Install the proper Object Enabler.

  • Clean the file or export to STM and then Import into SSA.
