Civil 3D: When launching Civil 3D you receive a message “Error 1309”

Issue:

When launching Civil 3D you receive the message “Error 1309”.

Solution:

To resolve this issue

  • Make sure "C:\Program Files (x86)\Autodesk\Land XML Reporting 8\Support\RepGen Config.xml " exists and can be accessed.
  • Reinstall Civil 3D.
