We all know you can use Tab to cycle through things. This works, but can take time. Tab will also work to select changed objects.

Try selecting an object and right-clicking. This gives you an option to Select All Instances which allows you to pick VIsibile in View or In Entire Project, making global changes easier.

Don't forget Filter in the Section Panel when you have tried a window selection. This helps you Filter out what you don't want to pick.

When trying to select objects like a floor, try using Select Elements by Face. By turning this on, you don't have to select the edge of the floor.
