Parametric constraints are a very useful tool in AutoCAD, but some versions of the software may not display the parametric tab by default. This is an easy fix that only requires a right-click on any one of the tabs that do show.
In the screenshot below, the user right-clicked on the Home tab and hovered over Show Tabs. A menu appeared that allowed the user to click on Parametric. That tab will now show.

There is a setting in the 3dorbit command that was unchecked. What causes this to be unchecked could be caused by several things
Now the terminals must be added into the schematics. Open the schematic drawing that will utilize the terminals placed in the panel drawing.
If the panel must be laid out before the schematics and terminals are needed to be inserted this is the best process.
