Silently install the Autodesk Desktop Connector

Issue:

How do I silently install the Autodesk Desktop Connector.

Solution:

  1. Download the latest version of the Autodesk Desktop Connector HERE.

  1. Open the downloaded package and extract it to the folder you want to install it from. By default Autodesk uses C:\Autodesk\

  1. Once the extraction has finished, close out of the install wizard.
  2. If you extract the downloaded package to the default location, you can use this for the silent install in a command prompt or make an install script. If you extracted the package to a different location, change the script as needed:

"C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_Desktop_Connector_14_9_0_1430_Win_64bit\Setup.exe" -i install --silent
