Issue: An Element of a Component Pattern needs to be replaced with a different design

When opening or viewing a drawing file (IDW or DWG) in Inventor View a warning dialog is presented and the file is not opened.

In an Inventor assembly you want to be able to select a component and open the sub-assembly it's in.  Or find this sub-assembly in the Model browser.

Inventor won't create any new files and opening some file types may result in a 'Cannot load library dll' error.
