Revit: ASHRAE Tables Not Populating After Installing ASHRAE Registry Cleanup for Revit

Issue:

  •         Users reported that they can no longer see ASHRAE table lookup settings when clicking "Loss Method Settings" in all Revit versions after installing ASHRAE Registry Cleanup for add-on.
  •         Users have reported that they are on Revit version 2025.4
  •       ASHRAE Registry Cleanup for add-on was installed on a prior Revit version (2025.1)

Causes:

  • Uknown Causes.

Solution:

  •      Uninstall the Registry Cleaner: Completely remove the ASHRAE registry cleaner tool from your system.
  •       Reinstall the Registry Cleaner: Install the same tool again.
