Issue:
Automated way to disable a user account by Date.Â
Causes:
User accounts are not disabled when no longer being used.
Solution:
Setting a disabled date on a user profile ensures access is denied once date is reached. Â
 
1. Â Â Select Tools.
2. Â Â Select Administration.
3. Â Â Global Settings.

4. Â Â Select Manage Access.
5. Â Â Select the user account to be modified.
6. Â Â Select Disable On field drop down.

7. Â Â Select disable date on Calander.Â

8. Â Â Select Clear to remove any Disable On dates.

9. Â Â Disable On field date is cleared.
