Issue:
After changing the email address for your Autodesk account, you get an error message when starting an Autodesk cloud application.
You may get a message that states: "The person using 'your old email address' has already been invited to this hub. Have you recently changed your email address associated with your Autodesk account?"
Solution:
You need to restore your old email address:
- Sign out and close all of your Autodesk cloud applications.
- Sign in to your Autodesk Account
- Click Profile > Security Settings, then click the edit button for the Registered email
- Change to your original email address
- Save email
- Restart the cloud application
