Civil 3D: Dynamic ROW & Easements using Offset Alignments

Since the “Siteless” options was made available within Autodesk Civil 3D, Alignments have defaulted to the “<None>” site.  When placing an Alignment in a Site they may end up creating more problems than anything.  One use I found for Sites is creating dynamic offsets to represent Right-Of-Ways or Easements.

Once the Offset Alignments have been created and moved into a Site if they touch a parcel it will automatically split them.  If the Centerline is edited the offset will be updated too.
