Issue:
The following conditions define the baseline for this issue:
- The user is a remote worker located in a European country and is working with a company based in North America.
- The user has been granted an Autodesk Forma (Formally known as Autodesk Construction Cloud) subscription by the account’s Contract Manager.
- The user can access the Forma project through a web browser.
All subscriptions are correctly assigned, and the user has confirmed access to the project’s Data Management page. However, the user is unable to access any projects within the Forma desktop application to navigate to the project.
Causes:
A regional mismatch between the user’s account location and the project’s server (data center) location.
Solution:
Log out of the Forma application, switch the data center to the North America (NA) server, and then log back in.
