Content Catalog Upload Approval Process Issue

Issue:
A regular member, who does not have Account Admin access, is able to upload families to a collection in the Content Catalog without going through the expected approval process.

Causes:
The issue is due to mixed permissions. If a regular member has admin rights on one Content Collection, the system incorrectly extends those admin rights to other collections where the user is not explicitly an admin. This grants the user full administrative privileges beyond the intended scope.

Solution:
Currently, the only solution is to:

  1. Remove the user’s admin rights across all collections.
  2. Reassign them only the appropriate regular member permissions for each collection.
