PlanGrid Access issue with Build Subscription

Issue:

User lost access to PlanGrid after Build Subscription is purchased. User gets pop up message that needs to purchase PlanGrid Subscription. Contacting Autodesk resulted customer needs PlanGrid subscription separately from Build Subscription. However, The Build subscription comes with PlanGrid subscription.

Causes:

Autodesk has internal system issue merging Autodesk Build and PlanGrid account.

Solution:

  • Resetting PlanGrid password resolve the issue.
