Autodesk Replication Tool Access Issue

Issue:
User can’t access the Autodesk Replication Tool after access is granted.

Causes:
The support documentation doesn’t explain how to access the tool clearly.

Solution:
The Autodesk Replication Tool is a beta program introduced by Autodesk to assist users in migrating and downloading BIM 360 project to the Unified Project.

After Autodesk grants access to the tool (ART Access Request) , many users encounter challenges accessing it. This short guide explains how to access the Autodesk Replication Tool once you have been granted access. 

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1.     Set Up the Autodesk Replication Tool with Your Current ACC Account Admin:

• • Go to Account Admin > Custom Integrations > Add Custom Integration.
  • Add the Autodesk Platform Services Client ID shown under Help | Replication Tool Setup | Autodesk.

2.     Access the Autodesk Replication Tool:

• • Open a web browser and go to Autodesk Replication Tool for Docs.

3.     Handling Access Errors: 

• • If you encounter an access error, contact Autodesk Support for assistance.
