ACC and BIM 360 Revit linking Issue

Issue:

A project called "Component Library Project..." is listed on the Account Admin > Projects page on BIM 360.  The project was not created by any of the site administrators.  An account administrator may also receive an email notification that they've been added as a Project Admin on this project.

Cause:

This system template is created automatically in BIM 360 when the Component Library is activated on the Autodesk Unified Platform (acc.autodesk.com).  More information about Component Libraries can be found here:  https://help.autodesk.com/view/DOCS/ENU/?guid=Component_Library

Solution:

  • The project can only be seen by Account Admins.
  • Currently, the project can't be removed or hidden, but it can be ignored.

Autodesk is aware of this issue and working on a solution to hide this system template.
