Bluebeam Revu 21 Network shared Stamp location

Issue:

Bluebeam Revu 21 is already installed on all users computers and you would like to have a network-shared stamp folder.

Solution:

  1. Open Bluebeam Revu 21 on a machine and click the Revu dropdown in the top left of the program.
  2. Choose Preferences.

3. In the Preferences popup window choose Admin on the left side.

4. Choose Net Config in the top tab.

5. Choose the browser button to browse to the network location of your Stamps folder.

6. Click OK

7. Choose either Copy All, Merge, or No copy

8. Go to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Bluebeam Software\Revu\21 and copy the UserPreferences.xml file to the same location on the other machines that you would like to point to this shared stamp location to.

9. On the machine you copied the UserPreferences.xml file to, start Bluebeam Revu 21 and items 1 through 6 above, and make sure the Stamps are pointing to the shared location.
