Issue:

Autodesk: When launching you receive a message “This product license is no longer available. Please save your work and shutdown.”

This will happen even with proper sign in credentials.

“Product License - not found”

“The product license is no longer available. Please save your work and shut down. <Minutes remaining><product name> will be shut down.”

Cause:

There can be a number of issues that cause this error.

Solution:

  • Verify that the product is assigned.

  • Reset license.
